Robin then informs the player about the golden chalice. Enlisting the help of an adventurer, he directs the player to Chief Thief Robin waiting at the south wall of Lumbridge Castle. And a cave to the west.Self-proclaimed guildmaster Darren Lightfinger.ĭarren Lightfinger seeks to build the Thieves' Guild, where those of his profession can meet together and enjoy their passion. I think the quest the OP is referring to takes place in Bruma though. The reason behind this is that Amusei's script relocates him to the prison when the door is unlocked without checking to see if the player has started or finished Ahdarji's Heirloom" If you pick the lock later on (e.g if you feel sorry for him during Ahdarji's Heirloom), the bug will not destroy the questline but will ruin Amusei’s entire schedule, as he will travel back to the dungeon in sneak mode every time he finishes his involvement in the many quests, at times causing problems when he is supposed to deliver messages from the Gray Fox. If you visit Castle Leyawiin and pick the lock of the last cell in the Dungeon before having joined the Guild, Amusei will relocate to the dungeon and be forever stuck, preventing you from starting the May the Best Thief Win quest. I might roll back an old save, and test out the quest you mentioned, to see what happens. He is flagged as essential until late on in the TG quest line, so he won't be lying dead somewhere before joining the TG. Amusei always appears once I "find" the TG. I've joined the TG about 8-10 times and have never had a problem. Never done that quest before joining the TG, so not sure how it interacts with joining the TG. After reading it, it am supposed to go to waterfront and meet with thieves at the night. After i had been released, there was a character in front of the bruma castle and he/she (don't remember its gender or name) gave me a note. I intentioanally went to jail to learn the location of the treasure from the man.

Man ends up in jail and that woman wants your help to locate where the man buried the treasure. One of them is woman and the other is man. I don't remember the quest name but it was related with two people who tried to rob cargo. There was a quest that i must go to jail in order to complete it. If you haven't gone through all the stages required to initiatiate Christophe's dialogue, things will go pear shaped.
